The culinary experience at Casa Gastón, is led by Chef Marsia Taha, recognized as Best Female Chef in Latin America by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2024.

Internationally acclaimed for her pioneering work with local communities, Chef Taha draws inspiration from the rich traditions of the region, and shares a deep commitment to sustainability and culture. She is also the co-founder of Sabores Silvestres, a research and education initiative launched in 2018 that promotes biodiversity conservation, food heritage preservation, and the promotion of Bolivian gastronomic culture.

At Casa Gastón, she elevates Bolivia’s biodiversity through sophisticated creations that balance tradition with innovation. Guests are invited to enjoy seasonal menus that celebrate community and local flavors, offering a culinary experience found only at Casa Gastón.
